About Me

Qinqin Chen, obtained her PhD from College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University. She has been working at Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) since 2012.  Funded by China Scholarship Council (CSC), she is working as a visiting scholar at School of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Leeds with Prof. M. Ghadiri on assessing the powder surface caking by ball indentation method.
